The YouTube channel #faysforge belongs to a Norwegian woman blacksmith, who does beautiful work. I'm baaaack...
I'm back from my weekend in the enchanted forest. It's always nice to hang out with dear friends I only see once a year, and to make new friends as well. There were a lot of very deep spiritual things happening, and I got some good advice from various Gods about improving my health. The dining hall served bacon for breakfast every day!

It's that time of the year again
This is the weekend when I go to a Pagan gathering in the woods. (No, it's too cold to cavort naked in the woods.) There's no internet access, and even the cell phone service is rather variable. So I'll be back sometime on Monday. Play nice, and don't do anything I wouldn't do :-)

Today's Full Moon is the Full Moon closest to the Autumnal Equinox (which occcurs on Septemr 23 this year), which makes it the Harvest Moon.
And if you should feel inspired to "spoon" with a suitable companion, just remember that it's easy for "spooning" to lead to "forking"...

More medical nonsense
Well, I spent Saturday evening (23 February) in the ER. I woke up on Saturday with a pain in my right side, right next to my ribs, and I figured it was another kidney stone.
