um, let's talk about movies.
i like the post-apocalyptic idea, we just need a better plot.

Like I said shots of downtown would be great, we should get some regardless of what we decide to do because we can always use them for other projects. yea plot is gonna be a problem. Most ideas have already been done

i don't really mind if we do an already done idea. i think that if we try anything TOO original, we won't be able to act it appropriately. i mean, i had a good idea for an end of the world type movie, but like you said, it wouldn't work.
let's just say that the government was testing a new type of bomb in Tracy, that kills everyone except the people who were sleeping when it went off. it's not much, but it's something to work with, and the how and why isn't as important as the intense action scenes i think.
if you don't want to do an end of the world movie, let's just make it so we're trying to PREVENT a bomb from going off in tracy. we can work some cool plot twists into it i think.

and I think we should think about trying to use different locations throughout the film. Makes things more interesting.
and can we edit the movie in any way?? Like on the computer?
what about sound? can we get a small mic ??

yea we have to get a mic. HAVE TO. and we can edit it any way really, just not on the computer because we dont have the right camera. But I can do a lot with out the computer. It is just going to be a lot harder.

I just want to make sure that if we screw up we can just edit over it we dont have to make every scene perfect on the first try....ya know?

oh yea thats the easy part. I usually film as much as I can then I transfer tapes anyway, that way we dont get any mess ups on the final version
