Here we go again. In keeping with the tradition started so very long ago, I must now post my philosophy midterm preparations. I'm reluctant to share these ones since they aren't the mostly fleshed out essays I did in the past and don't have very much humor added. I'm a longtime fan of the allegory of the cave, so please save all disparaging remarks for the allegory of the eugenics and art banning.

Just read it but not really sure what I think of it. It deals with trying to make sense of what I've heard referred to as Plato's performative contradiction. It makes me uncomfortable when problems are explained away as "just trying to keep us on our toes." I don't want to put a ton of thought into it, but I think the explanation is likely simpler.
