So, Felicia has Bad Luck abilities -- the ability to cause bad luck to other people, and unlike her handmade bad luck, she can't control who it effects; so it's able to hex people close (emotionally) to her. But, basically, it can (but doesn't have to) effect people as long as they're near her.

Permissions!

Who wouldn't it effect?

It would probably be a good idea if I logged into the right account! Aha...

I'm not sure if it would effect Dark Yuugi? His luck is so good, people assume there's more to it than just plain luck.
I'd like it to be little, and anything big we could plot out?

i'm totally fine to whack some bad luck on jarlaxle. :D

he needs some bad luck. drow are inherently resistant to magic, so it would probably be little things, but things nonetheless! :D

Hmmmm

Lets see, I think that it could probably affect Tony if he's around? Maybe little things with electronics, but if the posts are filtered, and it did glitch out, I'm pretty sure it would happen for like...nanoseconds before he caught it and fixed it? :D

You know I extend most physical bad luck, and pffft, I'm sure I'll be on AIM if they interact, so we can totally chat about it. :O

Lesse.. so is it like, magic? Is it somehow psychic? Is there a sorting algorithm to it? XD; I'm not sure I get how it works.

I can't imagine who it WOULDN'T affect, so sure, bad luck away! XD

Well, I don't know if it IS magic, per say -- it's a power she had once in the comics and she got it from someone (as in, she went to someone to get a power and got it done), so I'm not too clear on those semantics... so I'd say it's at your own discretion?
