I hit 130 today. My goal weight for today was 131 so I'm doing good! I started at 137, so since the 18th I've lost 7 lbs. its been super easy.
eating 1400 calories a day, if you eat low calorie snacks it's hard to even reach that! Exercising about 2 times a week. No late night snacks, cutting back on the weed smoking.

So lost 2 lbs. Then I screwed up, Shannon and I made pot brownies and I was high for 30 hours! I ate cinnamon rolls, HUGE cup of fro yo with choco chips, Raviolis, goldfish, chili, tonssss of food. It totally fucked up my weekend. But I made up for it yesterday.
1 lb a week is easy, I just have to watch my calories.

My New Year's Resolutions:
Take better care of my teeth, floss, mouthwash everyday.
Lose 10 lbs. I want to be 120 again, when you're a size 8 it's too hard to find jeans.
I get so much anxiety around this time of year.
