I think I satisfy my wanderlust and then of course six months later I'm ready to bolt again. I just got back from Paris in March and I'm already cooking up my next adventure. Yay for playing hookie from work on Saturday and livin' it up at the race track with Jim Petosa. I came with 40 dollars, conquered, bought a hot dog, chips and a soda, two Jack and Cokes and an entrance fee to grandstand level and still left with 25 bucks and 10 centavos Mexicanos! Yesterday I had a day off---SO AMAZING! I almost forgot what it was like, but I still had to run a bunch of errands like house hunting and car fixing. Despite the fact that my brakes really, really squeak, they are perfectly fine. They're just glazed and noisy, and it's not worth the money to fix something that isn't a problem.
