i just noticed that it says "mateys" instead of "friends" on my livejournal user profile.

and "UPDATE CAPTAIN'S LOG"?!

wtf.

[secretly i like "wtf", but i'll never be able to condone the use of "lol" when typing. saying "lol" in real life is a different [and amusing] matter entirely]
