Since my last post a lot has changed for me. I now have a house of my own (renting). My dogs have a back yard of their own (and are much better behaved). My job is going reasonably well. Well, I finally got internet access back after having moved. The new house is very nice, and the back yard has made a world of difference for the dogs (and my sanity).

I'm starting to lift weights again. Nothing really impressive yet, just getting back in the habit. Yes, it's kind of a lousy live journal entry, I'm getting back into the habit of making these as well.

I had to get an eye exam today as I needed new glasses (destroyed my old set). On a whim, I went ahead and let them do the full contact fitting as well (my last set of disposables hit their expiration date six months ago). I've been a total LJ bum for about the last half year so I'm going to try and correct that. Now, to figure out what I'm going to write about. (grin)

It appears a Howl at the Moon has been scheduled for the weekend of the 22nd at McKinney State Park. I'm still trying to find out more information. As no one has contacted any of the Austin staff regarding this, it's a bit of a surprise. If anyone happens to read my LJ that's part of the staff for this event, please contact me.
