Well, loyal LJ readers, I've got another picture post for you.  This details my adventure held this past friday.  I went to the city to see Spamalot with my cousin, Hailey (also an avid reader of this pseudo-publication...).  I start from the beginning of my day because it wasn't boring:  I leave my house at 6:10 (am...) for a 6:26 train.  It takes ( Read more... )

Ok Christian Borle was definitely a highlight of the show for me. He was fantastic. Too bad you didn't see the real Patsy, his singing voice as amazing! Then again, you got to see Sara Ramirez so you have that advantage over me lol. Her understudy was way too screechy. And you met Niles! Dude! We couldn't wait afterwards because we had a train to catch, but that's so cool!

I do'nt think I've ever laughed so hard at a show like I did with Spamalot. Well, maybe Shear Madness, but that doesn't count lol.

I just have to say that two things made me literally gasp and scream, "Wow! That's so cool!" - you meeting David Hyde Pierce and the crazy postcards.

In hindsight, it's rather funny how David Hyde Pierce and cool postcards are, in my mind, equally exciting. Oh well.

and i don't get how you would write on astro-turf.
and i could hear that music for the transition into the Saved by the Bell dream sequence, because i'm just that sad.
and omg i would totally be a banana, i'd be the happiest banana ever, i'd be so stoked.
okay, i'm going to stop talking now.

Haha... I love you. The postcards had writable paper backs, btw... I should have made that clear. And I don't really remember the music from SBTB dream sequences EXACTLY, but it was like, harp arpeggios with a blurring screen and a hazy pink screen border.
