D'awww... So cute ♥ Loved the fact that they can comfort each other, Arthur for Merlin's loneliness, and Merlin for Arthur's insecurities :)

Also, poor Arthur for the burn, but at least Merlin is there to make it all better.

This chapter was kind of made of fluff, I admit.
That bit...and the line...and...IDEK. It came from nowhere and I loved it - which is saying something as I so rarely love anything I write - and I just had to throw it in. Plus, Arthur is more insecure that he lets on. They have to comfort each other, because each other is all they have.
Besides Aravae and Vesparr, of course. x3
That...was planned. I feel bad for hurting him, but hey, it was kinda fun. Well, to write, anyhow.
And there is always Merlin around to play doctor. xD

I think the description of the feast and the way the elves acted around Merlin was really good, and I loved how Arthur could see Merlin was unhappy, but didn't want to embarrass Merlin and so went through Aravae to talk to him.

"..You never look lonely when you are with me.” <--- THIS! OMG WOW! My grin is ridiculously big right now. I really, really adored this, in fact all of Merlin and Arthur's discussion after the feast was amazing! I love how Arthur can see right through Merlin, and can comfort him so well. I love how close they're becoming, don't even have words. Just wow

I loved that Arthur picked up on Merlin's loneliness. Poor guy. I also liked that Arthur has insecurities and Merlin was able to make him feel better.

Merlin, bless him, doesn't have many friends anymore. You're right - poor guy.
Arthur is incredibly insecure, he is just manly-manly and doesn't like to admit to it. I kind of see him like that in the show, too, so I kind of played on that.

This is the first chapter I've read since finishing all the books and I was just getting withdrawal symptoms before I read this -but this story is like nicotine patchs, I think I'm addicted :P! This chapter was really fun (except poor Arthur!) and i really like being transported to your world :D

I have written rather a lot. My exams are not over yet, no, I just got lots of ideas all at once and I can't concentrate when that happens.
I've not really been writing desperatly long things - either my crack or my smut is the longest thing I've written since this - but yeah. I spent ages not writing anything and then three ideas leapt at me at once. O.o
