Twitter has incredibly bad security. My machine is not infected with a virus and yet someone got into my Twitter account and posted Spam to it. And for this violation, I get punished with account suspension despite the fact that any credible internet service should have IP logs and easily be able to verify that the offending tweet did not come from ( Read more... ) -

Never Go Greyhound
It's long. It's tedious. It's so not worth the savings over taking a plane. Oh... and every single Greyhound station in the country has the same, very sturdy but very uncomfortable bench seats. Yuck. -
Wii Fit Yoga
I find myself compelled to sing praises in honor of the Wii Fit. For about a month now I have been enjoying the yoga workouts which it taught me. I had not expected much from that aspect, but it proved to be quite a good teacher. Major props going out to my buddy Rilauven for helping me get my computer fixed so I don't have to share a computer with the kidlets anymore. You don't realize how much you depend on something until you don't have it anymore. I hate having to rebuild my profile but thanks to my dear friend, I didn't lose any of my data. If you'd told me even a year ago that I'd be doing an aerobic workout everyday for at least 10 minutes, I'd have told you that you were nuts. Enter the Wii Fit. News from the doctor
My sugars are stable. My cholesterol and triglycerides are way down. All my other health concerns are not bothering me at the moment or looking better than before. To quote my doctor, "I'm very satisfied with your progress."
I find this cause for celebration. :)
