You HATED it?? I thought it was wonderful! I'd have thought anyone who has ever loved a book would appreciate and find something in this movie to latch onto...although he WAS, as we used to say on the playground after 3rd period, a great big dweeb, I could relate to his neurosis.

Well...I didn't like In My Skin, so i guess we're even.

The second one, J, sounds probably the best, from the description. First one, C, ooh no! Happy dating, all the same.

I'm certainly interested in seeing Noam Chomsky: Power and Terror and Manufacturing Consent: Noam Chomsky and the Media, after seeing The Corporation. How were they? Also Songs From The Second Floor, any good?

Manufacturing Consent is a great doc...the Power and Terror thing is basically just video-taped lectures that he's made recently, all of which are already transcribed in a small book of the same title, but it's still fun to see him speak to the crowds...

(and don't listen to 3rdworldcinema...it IS desolation overkill, but it's interesting desolation overkill. :-)
