Bandit's first circle pit
So this past weekend was Extreme Thing in Vegas (http://www.extremething.com/). It’s 12 hours of bands playing on 5 stages for $20 so you can’t really go wrong, but this year’s “big name” acts didn’t make me feel like I *had to be there, so I wasn’t planning to go. Burn Halo
Just found out Burn Halo is playing at the Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip in Vegas on Saturday night. Not the Hard Rock Casino, but the Hard Rock Cafe. It's an 18+ venue that holds less than 1000 people and there's no barrier.
I'll be standing mere inches away from James Hart in just over 48 hours.

I get to work this morning a little late, I overslept but no big I've still got plenty of time before classes start, and the principal comes on the PA announcing an emergency faculty meeting for 7:30 am.
