ohmygod I'm so happy you're save - with a gun. Our ammo situation is shit too but we've got several baseball bats and a rugby girl and a lacrosse stick between us all. My entire apartment complex is upstairs in my apartment, all fifteen of us, and food and god, I hope we can make it until someone comes to get us.

i was going to post the same to you last night, but things got...busy. damon and i did end up hitting the gun store. thank god he knew the owner, who'd been watching the news and gave us enough to last us quite a while, free of charge. guess he knew money didn't matter by that point

Just heard from my family - they got out of the city as soon as possible and are on their way to West Virginia. Not too much going on in the country, which is a good thing. Last I heard they were headed towards Kentucky but god, that's so dangerous.

It's a huge apartment - four bedrooms, lots of space. It's nice to have people around. We had to take the dog out to pee but we could go in a group of seven so that was good. It's so quiet around here, it's redefining the term 'silent as the grave'.

We're not sure if we should head further south or just stay here, but apparently 81 is a warzone.

My roommate Jack tried to get back in. He had been bitten. We couldn't risk it. Oddly enough, I feel fine about it.

Do you think anyone will survive come to get us?
