Well I'm 23 Male. I used to be 320 pounds I was gross and extremely unhappy with myself so i decided to do something about it. I started working out and i lost 160 pounds. I'm down to 160 but I'm still not happy I still feel like I did when I was 320 pounds. I have a lot of problems controling my eating and it's frustrating the hell out of me. I ( Read more... )

Don't know if I am a great person to give advice on this, but wanted to respond anyway because I am in a similar situation. I'm 34/F, just lost 150 pounds (but gained 11 pounds back). I look a lot different but often don't feel much different about myself ( ... )

I am shy too. It is hard for me to strike up a conversation with people. Join great groups like Meetup.com. It is not for just dating. They have all kinds of activities so you can meet singles in a group setting. Also, I usually date through a free online dating service as I have found it easier to connect this way!
