My ex is having to sell the house in Newberg and is moving into a condo downtown, so is looking for a home for both of his dogs. He may decide to keep Rasputin, but if not she is the one that I'm really looking for a good home for since I largely raised her. If I could handle having a large dog I would... but she's always been Hank's dog and I ( Read more... )

What beautiful dogs, but I already have two. I hope you find a home for them soon.

We could foster the Golden if he needs a home immediately. Give me a call 503-704-4288.

Foster and train, of course. I'd love to keep him but there would have to be some SERIOUS convincing of Mr. Khalja

I'll point glasseye's parents to this post. They may know somebody in Newberg who is looking for a dog.

I'd take Rasputin in a heartbeat. She's GORGEOUS and I loved shepherds but Delta would most likey drive her insane if she was too submissive.

I highly recommend contacting the breeder first if possible. A reputable breeder would happily take her back and rehome her. There are also plenty of breed-specific rescues out there if you don't have any luck.

So is that and "i'd be willing to take her and see if it would work," or an, "I can't take her but wish I could" ? I'll ask Hank about the breeder too, good point!

It's "I wish I could but I can't". Not only would Delta drive her (and me) insane, I just don't have the time for another dog. When I'm ready to get one, I need one that will put Delta in her place when she's being a twat.
