i didn't get the job at the dialysis center. but even though i was really hoping for it, i'm not too disappointed. my only real issue right now is money. i did my taxes last week; hopefully with my refund money i can pay off debt and get by until my student loan money comes through.

walking down the street this morning, the cold brought tears to my eyes, which then started freezing onto my eyelashes. i've noticed that people who walk by themselves in this city usually have two methods: look down at the sidewalk to avoid eye contact, or look up past anyone going by them. either way people are completely ignoring everyone else.
