So, I've finally decided to bite the bullet, literally, and start eating better. I've been healthier food for dinner for the past few weeks on account of my husband's Diabetes, but lunch was another story. At work I didn't have many options for healthy food at lunch. Good job -- once you get into the habit of eating healthy, it'll become like second nature. You'll find you start craving healthy stuff and unhealthy fried junk, etc sounds unappealing. Better yet, after eating only healthy food for a while, if you splurge later on and eat something unhealthy, you'll feel sick. Which is a good thing, a reminder that it's not good for you!
