Lindsay, you save the photo, and import it into photobucket. It'll give you 3 codes, use the Tag.

Also if its a picture you see online, you don't have to bother with the saving and photobucketing. Just right click on the picture, view properties, highlight and copy the picture URL. And you can make your own tag by inserting "
