  • ID is overtly religious in both intent and implication.

As a follower of the Flying Speghetti Monster I am saddened to hear that He and His nnodley Appendage will not be allowed to touch the minds of the young.

As a devout believer in the firm and claer seperation of Church and State, and therefore all State Funded organizations, I am glad to hear that this case has been denied.

But it still would have been cool to have the FLying Speghetti Monster Thoery be treated as a legit subject.

The state makes no provision banning the teaching of Noodle Theory in charter schools funded by education vouchers taken from school taxes...the Flying Spaghetti Monster will get Uncle Sam's dime yet...
