I had a very "southern belle" image of for you for the first few months I knew you..."theatre hussy" didn't come 'till much later ;)
I hereby challenge you to come to DC and visit me sometime! You're always welcome, and I'd like to introduce you to Anna sometime before we dash off to Scandanavia next year

"First/Clearest"? There's the problem...the first time I met you was when I was halfway through a magnum bottle of cheap chardonnay at Rach's housewarming party in College Suites...so my first memory isn't clear at all.
a Rock Dassie....not for any particularly good reason, but I chose rodents for everyone else, and all the non-loathesome rodents were already taken :p
2. I will try. Whan do you leave next year so I know what my time frame is? A lot of it comes down to finances and my schedule with school.
4. LOL! I remember this very clearly! ;-)
5. They're kinda cute.
6. I can't pinpoint one reason exactly. It's something I'm good at and I've always enjoyed doing. It has something to do with getting inside the head of a character - not just one as an actor would, but the entire show; and just how much clothing can transform a person - and I'm not just talking about people cleaning up well. But a person can become another through the clothes they wear, clothing affects a persons bearing and not only how others see them, but how they see themselves. Costume does that on it's own level.
8. Dude, I'm a bridesmaid. You'll get to see me standing up front in a pretty peri dress.
You're the only person I've ever known to risk everything in a 180 degree career turn, and have the balls to stay with it even after it proved to be tougher than it seemed.
You don't need extreme cases to make a powerful statement...ordinary people often have a deeper understanding of human emotion than you often give them credit for, and they don't always need extreme examples to understand what you're trying to illustrate....try writing a script where the "point" is understated rather than emphasised, and I think you'll be very happy with the results.
A fluid, semitransparent deep blue
Your introspection and self-analysis, much as you may dislike how they impede you sometimes, contribute to making you the most lucid and self-aware person I've ever known. You have an intimate understanding of your own thoughts wihtout losing your grip on the realities that influence them.
In your downstairs dorm, surrounded by electronics and backlights, trying to explain Metallica to Dave.
2. The thing that I am becoming aware of is the way that we make films and write things that describe the world as we see them, when in fact they're the world in the way we experience them. In that line of thought, I am becoming aware of the fact that most people have a deep understanding of human emotion, if only in an intuitive sense... and I have little or no real connection to it. I sometimes wonder if I have Aspergher's Syndrome, considering how hard it is for me to imagine how something makes someone feel

Dunno about that...people are complicated and unpredicable, but you seem to have at least an average knowledge of how actions and surroundings effect people...for example, most of your film scripts I've seen have as an event or series of events that force personal change in the central character, and a good chunk of the film exploring the ramifications of that change (or the ramifications of those ramifications, et cetera).
At deeper level though, you have your own recollections of how various circumstances have made you feel, which is really the only reference anyone has to understand others. Our definitions of "sad," "happy," etc are based on and limited by our own comprehension and experience...anything beyond immediate extrapolations of our own emotional memory is just educated guesswork.
You combine personal passion, artistry and work ethic, all intense and self-absorbing qualities...but still manage to be warm and good-hearted.
Trust yourself to be right about what you already implicitly know you're right about...your doubt of yourself undermines the passion and energy that carries you to forward.
Eggshell white
There's so much depth to you...no matter how well I come to know you, there's always so much more depth and nüance left to discover.
One Saturday morning in Joe's dorm, very recently postcoital but nonetheless very polite.
7. Did you ask me this before? I think someone did. Nonetheless, Married Rachel won't be much different than Single Rachel, only with less promiscuity and better health insurance. I'm sure it'll only be a couple of years before I get the Baby Bug, and start planning a family. Thanks to Phil, I've gotten a lot more..well..docile isn't the right word, but I've become so much calmer. As far as Phil and my career, he's always said that he will never stand in my way (if I have to do a tour, go out of state for awhile, etc), and I absoolutely believe that.
9. Definitely! The rehearsal is at noon, and the lunch will probably be over around 3 or 4, and I want to get some sleep, but I would absolutely love to have a sophisticated cocktail hour or two (or three) with my guys. I'll just keep the drinking to a minimum myself, since the last thing I want to do is vomit down the aisle.
I never knew that you knew so much about meteorology until we went on that trip to Indiana...a whole angle of you I'd never seen.
Take a vacation to out of the way someplace where you know nobody, and spend the whole week alone with nothing but your surroundings and your thoughts. Companionship gives alot that's neccessary and irreplaceable, but I think you'd be suprised at how refreshed you'll feel after a lengthy bout of solitude.
Bronze
You're the most trustworthy person I've ever known...all of loyal, honest, reliable and kind when most people can barely muster one of those qualities.
Smoking a Marlboro Light off in front of Seminole hall
1. just one of my passions.. 2. sounds intriguing. I just may have to do that (i have a few ideas) 3. hmm, any particular reason? or did it just strike you? 4. why thank you. 5. that seems to be many peoples first memory of me, lol. 6. that is such an awesome mental picture.. it makes we chuckle 7. It is the honeymoon scene fom Secretary, which is such a fabulous movie and one of my favorites :) Also: I think i could find myself happy in either the field of mathematics or meteorology. My current plan is to attend graduate school for Mathematics, and so we shall wee what unfolds. 9. I am probably going to go down on the 1st (Friday) after work and hang out through Sunday.
