It's been monsooning for almost 24 hrs, and definately varying degrees of "rainy" for about 3 days. This most recent batch of precipitation has been coupled with freezing temperatures over night, causing power outages. I gotta say it's things like this that make me glad we're still renting because I am SO not ready to deal with things like that yet. As much as I want our own place, I love that Jose (landlord) & Moses (handyman guy who is AWESOME) will fix anything for me right now.
