It might not be so easy to sneak out anymore.

There's no wind behind my voice. My mouth refuses to work and I stare at my feet. It was easier that way when I was younger but now it's becoming unbearable. Silence is no longer a crutch -- was it ever?

The clouds were very beautiful today but I could not watch them for long. Not because I was busy but because my eyes always get drawn back to the ground. There aren't any ants on the sidewalks here.
