Rainy day blues
It was a dreary one, the sky gray and weeping. Robin slept most of it away as she usually does these days. Usually it is in the 70's this time of year but the dark sky brought a temperature drop to 56. Such days are meant for sleep. As a codger I dozed off in front of the tv. I found my old memories that I used to write out each morning so long ago. That put a smile on my face. Thank you Live Journal for hanging onto them for me. -
memories
I have come back after oh so many years to find I have no friends connected with my entries. I also find all my entries are so old they have been long erased. So why am I back?

What to do?
So many years gone by. I used to type in here every morning feeling free to say whatever. I enjoyed those days. Perhaps I shall return to try and relive those heady moments. Perhaps.
The words did flow back then. Give me a day or two to think it over.

Back again
There is life after Facebook. I think I will return to this LiveJournal as a daily thought fest. All my friends have disappeared. I hope to reestablish acquaintance with those still remaining.
I've begun to try to learn the trumpet. It ain't easy.

A long long time
I just checked to see if Livejournal was still around. It is but practically everyone I knew has disappeared. The last entries for most were 2011. I believe everyone has slipped into Facebook.
