today's a good day so far.
its 2.25pm
and i have only had a *small bowl of cereal w/ fat free milk*
i'm feeling good.
not feeling hungry, just feeling incredibly focused on my goal.
20 days.
i'm just going to have another *small bowl of cereal and maybe a 290 calorie noodle pot* at work later if i feel hungry again.
