When I started working where I am now, I began going to a dentist around the corner: Dr. Lavorini. All in all, it has worked out well...but I always thought it was a little shitty (1) that they make it the patient’s responsibility to call and confirm his/her appointment and (2) there’s a little disclaimer on your reminder card that if you give less

When they call back to reschedule my appointment, I was considering (sarcastically) asking for a "credit"...in case I ever need to cancel an appointment with little notice...but I'm probably too nice much of a wimp to do it.
