My brother's lover
Yunho/Jaejoong, Changmin/Jaejoong
PG-13/NC-17;
When Yunho, an ardent 23 year-old photographer, falls in love with someone for the first time. Unfortunately, that someone happens to be his younger brother's lover.

'I'd be lying if I said I was surprised' thought Yunho as he sat in one of the wooden chairs in the kitchen over-hearing his parents' slight argument with Changmin. His father, mother, and Changmin were all in the living room currently having a heated conversation over Changmin's sexual orientation. When Changmin decided to come out of the closet, Yunho thought their mother would faint for sure. Her face turned as pale as a corpse in just meer seconds when she heard the very words she dreamed to never ever hear, especially coming from one of her sons! You could say that their mother was extremely religious what with her mother being an active participant in their parish. Yunho couldn't say the same about their father though. The only reason their father was appalled with Changmin's statement was because... well... what strict father wouldn't be? Of course he'd hate to know that their son was gay.

Now back to the issue of why Yunho was not surprised with his younger brother's confession. It was as clear as a bright shiny day that Changmin was gay. I mean, he practically scowled at every female that had ever tried to make a move on him. He'd look at them all with the expression of disgust. He'd rant every single day about how stupid it was that they all kept on confessing to him. Changmin was not flattered at all.

"Mom. What can I do? I'm in love with him!"

Yunho's ears perked up at this. 'Oh. Now this is interesting'

Changmin. Cold, snarky, Changmin, actually has a boy of interest?

"Dismiss it! Focus on school only. This is atrocious!" came their fathers angered half yell, half growl.

"Appa! You don't understand! He's amazing, intelligent, and perfect!" Changmin defended then continued softer, "He's everything you'd want in a son..."

Yunho rolled his eyes. Yes Changmin was a genius but he really did not know how to handle these types of situations correctly. What kind of an argument is that anyways? If they wanted someone being "everything you'd want in a son" they'd adopt the boy, not allow their son to date him. Aish! Time for hyung to save the situation as always.

Before their parents could retort, Yunho already strolled in front of his younger brother, ready to defend him.

"Mom, dad, you know how picky Changmin is, right? He wouldn't be interested in anyone if there was nothing great about them. Changminnie" Yunho patted Changmin's shoulder, "has very high standards."

"Yunho dear, it's not like that." Their mother softly replied, obviously softening up because of Yunho's assertion "This boy will just be a distraction to Changmin."

"How's about this then? If Changmin's grades drop by even just one point, he cannot pursue his..erm..love?"

Their mother looked like she was really considering the offer. She thought how it was only fair. She didn't have the right to control as to who their son can love. If he was...happy...then she should be happy for them too, right? Changmin stared hopefully at his mother, wishing that she would give him the blessing to date his love. Their father was seeing that his wife's resolve was crumbling. He groaned, already foreseeing her decision.

"All right. You may... date hi-"

Changmin cut her off by springing up from his seat and exclaiming to the heavens and doing some kind of weird happy dance he's never done before in his life.

"Ahem." Mr. Jung coughed intentionally. He was not amused with his son's manner.

"ONLY" their mother continued more loudly this time, "if you can maintain your perfect marks."

Changmin nodded profusely as he leaped up to give his mother and father (though he was not really the one who made the decision) a gigantic bear hug. After he was done squeezing the life out of his parents in his constricting hug, he dashed upstairs, ready to call up his boyfriend and tell him about the good news.

Now Yunho was really curious as to who crushed Changmin's cold exterior and let him act like...that.

It was a Saterday night and Changmin was pacing back and forth  in his room. Yunho was there perched on his elbow lying on his bed staring at his nervous brother.

"What if he's too perfect and ma and pa don't like him?? What if they change their mind when they actually get to meet him? What if they embarrass me? What if they're mean to him? What if-"

"Chill, bro. If your so-called boyfriend is really as amazing as you say, mom and dad won't have a problem with him." Yunho interceded. The only reason he was here was because Changmin needed help with chosing what to wear and stuff like that. Yunho is a photographer. He deals with models on a daily (or fine, sometimes weekly) basis. He would know what looks decent or not, though he's not a fashion designer. Yunho was extremely entertained now what with seeing this whole new side of his brother.

Changmin was breaking into a sweat as he nod his head in agreement. He stopped pacing after he realized just how ridiculous he was being. He strolled back in front of the giant mirror he had on his closet door to check once more if he looked alright.

Yunho stood up from the bed and went behind Changmin to give him a pat on the back. "You look great, Min. Now come on. Let's go downstairs. Your guest might be here any minute now."

Their mother insisted on meeting Changmin's boyfriend sooner than later. Today was going to be like the final judgement. Their parents can either revoke their first agreement or they can finally give them both a blessing. After Changmin was done with patting down his already perfect hair and dusting off invisible lint from his grey long-sleeve, they closed the lights in Changmin's room and headed downstairs.

The house smelt of gravy. As they passed the kitchen on the way to the living room, Changmin's eyes bulged out and literally started drooling. On the kitchen counter, there lay an already baked, scrumptious looking turkey. Wow, their mom really went all-out for preparing dinner for tonight.

Yunho placed his finger under Changmin's chin to make him close his mouth. 'It seems like someone's not nervous anymore.'

"S-sorry." Changmin snapped out of his daze then continued walking towards their living room.

5 minutes was spent in agony for Changmin. Probably on the outside he looked like he was confident but on the inside he was terrified. All he hoped for was that his parents (most especially their dad) would be nice. He glanced over at his older brother who was just leisurely eating some of the snacks that their mother left in the living room. Changmin was so nervous, he didn't even notice those. He was about to grab the platter from Yunho when they heard a soft knock on the door.

The brothers eyed each other then Changmin anxiously bolted to the door and finger combed his hair once more while smoothening out his outfit before opening the door for his boyfriend.

'My brother's so gay' Yunho thought as he popped another one of these yellow, honey-mustard tasting things in his mouth.

"Hi Changmin" Yunho heard a soft voice greet from the entrance of their house. He noted how soft he sounded. If he may say so himself, it was pretty euphonious.

"Jae!" He heard some rustling of clothing and assumed they were probably hugging. "Come on, let me introduce you to my brother!" They walked closer to the living room. "Jae" was behind Changmin's back so Yunho could not see him. Changmin's face brimming with joy. It really touched Yunho to see his brother so happy like this. "Hyung! This is my boyfriend, Jaejoong!" Changmin said as he stepped to the side to reveal his lover.

Yunho's was breath caught in his throat. He's never seen anything as beautiful in his life. Never. He stared at the boy next to his brother. He was a few inches shorter than Changmin and had a slim and delicate frame. He had eyes as big as the moon and as beautiful as the ocean during sunset and- 'What the hell? Am I actually thinking about this?' Yunho cut himself off. After Yunho calmed himself down, he noticed how his mouth was wide open, gaping at the boy's ethereal beauty.

Jaejoong bowed, "Hello. Nice to meet you, Yunho."

'And he knows my name! Oh my god. I feel so elated and happy. I love the sound of my name rolling off his tongue. Hmm Changmin probably talks about me while they're together. Or maybe Changmin already introduced me while I was so distracted with my thoughts about this beauty and-' Yunho scrunched his eyebrows 'I really need to stop making these personal monologues.'

"Likewise" Yunho said trying to remain collected.

Changmin ushered Jaejoong to sit down on the couch next to Yunho. He went to the kitchen to get them some water (showing how much of a gentleman he is). 'Pfft' Yunho scoffed.

This was awkward... the taller man had no idea what to say. "So, I think you're really beautiful like I could probably write then sing a symphony about your charm and all" He imagined himself spitting that out if he would not get a hold of himself. Yunho resisted the urge to facepalm. 'Why do I have to be so awkward and uncool in such crucial situations?'

From the corner of his eyes, he saw Jaejoong nervously staring at his lap. Yunho thought of how adorable he was being. So innocent, so cute.

Before Yunho could start up a conversation and try to redeem his "cool" title, Changmin entered the living room again with two glasses of water. Yunho raised his eyebrows. His brother didn't even get a glass for him? How nice of him.

"Mom said we'll be having dinner in about 10 minutes. She's just making the mashed potato now." Changmin held out Jaejoong's glass. Jaejoong gave a slight yet enchanting smile as he muttered a soft "thank you" to his boyfriend. All the while, could not stop ogling his brother's lover. "You okay, hyung?" Changmin asked.

"Y-yeah. Why?"

"I don't know. You're acting weird." Changmin shrugged. "Or well, my brother's just a weird person in general I suppose. Haha."

"Yah!" Yunho bit back his retort but failed "Says the man who would not stop panicking earlier!"

Jaejoong covered his mouth with his hand as he giggled softly. He was an only child and it seemed really fun to have an older brother like Yunho. "So, Yunho-sshi, Changmin told me that you're a photographer. Maybe we can be a team someday." Jaejoong smiled.

Yunho was confused at first then it finally clicked in his head. "Ah! Are you a model?"

"Model-to-be" Changmin explained as Jaejoong nodded. "Jaejoong's just waiting for our summer vacation to start since he doesn't want modeling to come in between his studies." He said proudly.

Not only was Jaejoong beautiful, but he was dedicated to school as well. Changmin always loved hanging out with people of that sort.

"That's very nice. It would be my pleasure to work with you. You can call me just Yunho by the way." Yunho recalled the extra "sshi" that the pretty boy added to his name.

"Alright, Just Yunho."

The next few minutes before dinner was spent with casual conversations here and there. Yunho found out that Jaejoong also had a really great sense of humour after he finally warmed up with the older Jung. A shy Jaejoong was as adorable as a golden retriever puppy but a humorous and out-spoken Jaejoong was just...sexy. He spoke like Changmin almost but he has less snark. He's just more on the witty side. Pretty soon, the trio were constantly bursting in laughter in the living room. Yunho figured that he really likes this guy.

Dinner was pretty swell too. Jaejoong's charms not only affected Yunho but their parents as well. Mrs. Jung was dazzled by the younger boy. They conversed about the ethics of cooking and other things related to home economics. Jaejoong knew the right type of compliments to give to their mother's dishes. What was even more surprising was the senior Jung warned up to Jaejoong in no time. It was right from the very beginning when their overly haughty father started talking about stories (that the Jungs have heard millions of times) about the time when he wrestled a bear in Oregon. (Mind you, Mrs. Jung, Changmin, and Yunho had no idea what-so-ever how that even became the first topic. I think Jaejoong was talking about the turkey then Mr. Jung remembered the story). Jaejoong seemed so interested and that flattered the eldest Jung to no end.

So...saying that Jaejoong had a really good impression with the mama and papa Jungs would be an understatement.

After dinner, Jaejoong offered to help mama Jung with the dishes. After she declined and forced him to return to Changmin, the former trio went up to hang-out in the loft.

"Jae, I think my parents like you." the tallest of the three beamed.

"Pshh. Not like, more like love. I think they definitely want you as a son now." Yunho said as he grabbed one of his old cameras laying on the floor and started taking pictures of random things.

"I'm glad they do. In all honesty, this was a nerve-wrecking experience." Jaejoong laughed.

"Well you handled that 'nerve-wrecking experience' quite well compared to Changminnie, yeah?"

"Shut up, shorty." The younger brother grumbled. Yunho was no where near short. He was considered a giant with his height of 6 feet but too bad his younger brother just happened to be taller than him.

"Do you two bicker on a daily basis?" The brunette asked as he leaned back with his palms supporting him. Yunho saw this as an opportunity to take a picture of Jaejoong. The pretty boy raised his eyebrows "Yunho, what is this? A modeling studio?" He laughed.

"What? This can be practice for the real thing. If I may say so myself...I think the camera loves you." Yunho looked at the image on the screen of the camera as Jaejoong started blushing. Jaejoong didn't even have to pose, Yunho thought. He was picture-perfect. "And the answer to your first question is yes, we do bicker a lot, actually." The handsome 23 year-old answered.

Both siblings fixed their eyes on the slim figure in front of them. They wondered if Jaejoong even knew how simply erotic he was being. The blush on his cheeks was only an added bonus. For a porn star, they'd have to be butt naked to turn a man on but with this creature....this Kim Jaejoong... all he needed to do was lean back (or even do nothing at all).

Changmin switched from an indian-sitting position to crawling towards his boyfriend, most probably to hide his gorgeous body from his brother's eyes. Yunho watched in almost misery as he saw how intimate they were being with each other. Changmin palmed Jaejoong's face and gave him a swift kiss on his left eyelid. Long eyelashes gently flutter atop his elegant cheekbones as Changmin starts giving butterfly kisses moving from his eyelids to his nose.

Jaejoong had some decency to softly halt his lover's motions and move away a bit. He was shy especially with another handsome man (mr. sexy photographer) watching their affectionate exchange. "Minnie-ah, I'll be right back. I'll just grab a drink downstairs. Do you guys want anything?"

"N-no! Yah Yunho! You get the drinks instead!"

"No, I can do it myself, love." Jaejoong gave a sweet smile.

"Aww fine." Changmin cutely pouted, obviously wanting to spend alone time with Jaejoong. Yunho, being the awesome hyung he is, wanted to offer to go but somehow, the thought of leaving them both alone here while he was gone...was kind of disconcerting. For all he knew, they could start having sex. Yunho blushed as red as a tomato. "I don't need a drink. What about you, hyung?"

"Nah, nothing for me as well."

When Jaejoong left, there was an awkward atmosphere left in the loft. Changmin was feeling horny and Yunho just felt shy. "So... how long have you two been dating before you told us about it?" Yunho asked after a few moments of pregnant silence.

"Oh it's been a little bit over a month already." Changmin answered trying to hide his half-hard member. Of course he failed because his constant maneuvering caused Yunho to glance right at that direction.

"Ah, I see." Yunho said, trying to look anywhere else but at Changmin.

"Uhhh, by the way, what do you think about Jae?"

"He's great."

"Yeah. He is."

More awkward silence.

They heard the loft entrance creak open and Jaejoong returned with a still-in-wrappings popsicle in hand. "Haha. Your mother told me to have one of these. I just couldn't refuse! I love this strawberry flavor." He tore off the wrappings then plopped it in his mouth. Once again, the brothers could not take their eyes of the scene. Jaejoong was starting to feel uneasy with their stares so he said "Unless you guys wanted some... There's kiwi and grape flavors too. I could grab you some-"

"No, baby Jae. It's fine."

Jaejoong blushed at his boyfriend's nickname to him. It was supposed to be a private nickname! It was somewhat embarrassing yet endearing at the same time.

The way Jaejoong's plump lips wrapped around the icy treat left a lot to the imagination. Yunho was debating with just how wrong this was. Lusting over his brother's lover and thinking of such....obscene images that have to do with those luscious lips and a certain body part of his...... While Yunho was having his inner-dilemma, Changmin was having a REALLY hard time in controlling himself. If only he can get his older brother out he would totally pounce on top of Jaejoong right now and punish him for being such a fucking tease.

Oh boy.

It was a little bit past midnight when Jaejoong's stay in the Jung household was coming to an end. Jaejoong was hugging mama and papa Jung good bye while Mrs. Jung insisted on him coming over whenever he wanted to with Mr. Jung agreeing to a great extent. Changmin was in the middle of grabbing his car keys so that he could drive Jaejoong home (since Jaejoong was only dropped off by his cousin, Junsu, a while ago) when his mother told him that he can't drive at this late hour.

"Son, it's extremely dark out and you have SAT tutoring with Ms. Hwang early in the morning! I will not permit you to drive at this hour. Go get ready for bed."

"But mom!" and THIS is what Changmin referred to as his parents embarrassing him.

"No but's young man! Yunho dear, can you drive this sweetheart home?" Mrs. Jung asked as she gently squeezed Jaejoong's shoulder.

"Uh, sure." Yunho said surprisedly.

Jaejoong and Yunho proceeded to the parked black Audi in the garage. This was Yunho's 23rd year birthday present from his father.

"Wow. Sweet ride." Jaejoong said as he observed the glamerous exterior.

"Haha thanks." Was the brilliant and oh-so-suave reply Yunho came up with. Oh dear.

'Calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected calm and collected...' Yunho said as a mantra in his head.

The whole ride home to Jaejoong's house was quiet, aside from Jaejoong's instructions here and there and apology because he lived somehow a bit farther away. Jaejoong felt guilty that Yunho had to bring him home at this hour. He must be tired what with the clock reading 12:22am.

"Take a U-turn there then take the second right turn on that road."

"Okay."

"Mind if I turn on the radio?" Jaejoong asked.

"Oh yeah sure. Here let me-" both of their hands met as they both reached for the power button. Once the radio was on, the song that was playing on the radio was "Stereo Hearts".

"I like this song." Jaejoong's beautiful smile was still visible even in the dark sports car. Then he started singing along in the next refrain "My heart's a stereo. It beats for you so listen close. Hear my thoughts in every note. Oh oh~ Make me your radio and turn me up when you feel low. This melody was meant for you so sing along to my stereo"

Yunho realized how soothing Jaejoong's voice was. A really beautiful and unique singing  voice as well...

12:41am they were both still on the road singing along to songs on the radio together. They had a really great harmony together, Yunho had to admit. Somewhere deep in his subconscious, he really hoped that Jaejoong lived much farther not wanting this moment to end. He was enjoying Jaejoong's company.

"Okay turn left on that road." Jaejoong said. "My house is the very last one."

"That white one?" Yunho pointed.

"Yup. That's it."

Jaejoong's house was pretty big. Almost as big as the Jung household. It had a well-trimmed lawn and a bunch of flower bushes.

"Thanks for the ride home, Yunho." Jaejoong had a small smile. He reached over and gave Yunho a brief yet warm hug. Why did it feel so right...having Jaejoong in his arms? Jaejoong finally retracted from the heart-warming hug and left the car, waving goodbye then entering his house.

As Yunho drove back to his home, he thought of just how Jaejoong fit so perfectly in his arms.
