When I stop to dwell on it, I freak myself out. I'm planning on leaving the town/area I've lived in all my life, sell/give away/trash most of my belongings, and move literally across country to a state I've visited once, where I know only 1 person, and go to school for the first time in about 8yrs, and have to live with a stranger. After a day of working with Amtgard stuff, I finally got down to my apt complex office. They don't do 6 mnth leases only 7. Buuuut it's a new lease they had them work up, and it only requires a 30 day notice, and no rent break charge. Woot. -

My apartment complex's old manager was... shall we say lackluster in his management. Among other things, he was also not prone to have renters renew their contract, which was awesome because I was not under lease for over a year. So I ordered Windows XP from #9 Software, and I got it and.. it's the 64 bit. I went back to their website to look it up, and nope, doesn't say which version it is. Dammit.
