Tracy had to go over some stuff with her advisor so we worked out at Tinsley on the indoor track. It was comfortable, nice and easy on my legs. I ran 2 1/2 miles with 10 50meter sprint intervals. Then we did some pushups and stuff ( Read more... )

WORRRRRRRDDDDDD! I am back from MEPS and feel so blessed by God. He helped me do well on the ASVAB and provided me with the field I was hoping for. I will be going into Engineer/Construction/Facilities and Equipment... with hopes of eventually becoming a Combat Engineer or a Heavy Equipment Operator. So I'm headng up to MEPS (military entrance processing station) today. I will be there tonight and tomorrow. I will take the asvab test tonight to see which jobs I qualify for and where I would be best suited. Then tomorrow I will take the ever extensive physical.... Situps- not much, just kinda chilled
and we ran alot in between sets

then when I got home I ran 2 miles and did a ton of stretching
