Early last week I was alerted to a Super Satellite tournament at the River Rock Casino in Richmond BC at noon on Sat May 27. So last Friday, my wife and I went to the casino to register myself. Starting to get a lot more definition now on the upper part of my body. Taking advantage of the free gym at work during my lunch break is paying off. Four times a week, 2 alternate days for upper body workout and the other two for abs/lower body. Around the beginning of July I think I will have put on enough muscle for my tastes. Being the eldest of 15 grandchildren, I was the first to get married and start the next generation of kids. Last night I was trying to book a room for Dragonflight weekend through the Sheraton Bellevue hotel's website and it kept telling me that there weren't any rooms available! WTF?!
