One of the top Chanel make up artists is in my local Debenhams tomorrow and I have an appointment to see him at 4. I can't wait. The new season colours are stunning and they have a new red lipstick that is out next week who the girls think I will love. Frustrating Females
What is the matter with some females that they are either so shallow or are so lacking in confidence that they demand the guy they are with has to curb his life for them? Old Fashioned Sweets
Sod getting "well done for your hard work and reaching targets" cakes for my team today. There is an old fashioned sweet shop so roll on the coconut mushrooms, shrimps, fruit salads, cola pips and strawberry foams. -
Enough is enough
OK, I have had enough. All I seem to do is work and sleep. This is not a life. I have a team so stressed and under pressure through no fault of theirs or mine (and the way things are set up that pressure and stress directly transfers to me) that they are at breaking point. Work, work, work and happy times
Being landed in a new role that you are told will be the most stressful in the department tends to fill you with not a small amount of trepidation. In deed it was.
Sometimes things just go perfectly. Like today (well - apart from the appalling choice of film!)
The only tiny fly in the ointment is the friend who seems to forget at times. I just hope he grows up soon enough which I am sure he will and I am not one to walk away. It is just not my style. -
