So for two months, Microsoft has been pestering me to review the tech support I recieved from them on a minor issue with the Zune I was lucky enough to get for free.  Here was my response:

1.  Stop farming out your low-level tech support to people with FAQ sheets.  It is insulting to my intelligence and only makes a call with a complicated issue ( Read more... )
