While I have also been employing these conventions, I've also been investigating the effects caused by adding additional provisos to my statements.
"I will not shoot the human... Now." "I will not shoot the human... Again." I will not shoot the human...Any more than is necessary" I will not shoot the human...In the head"
And so on, and so forth. Logic dictates that people should feel reassured by this, as they have been informed that they are not to be immediately terminated. Results tend toward quite the opposite reaction.
