And the answer, is no. Your words are key: "preparing for life after death" - it is life. Your life. A life that has been put on hold to do everything you can for your Dad, and you have done much more than any son I've ever known.

You know your Dad wants you to enjoy your life. Do him that favour, and make yours a good one.

Also i've been thinking how i feel guilt for doing so, but what have i to be guilty for. I've not created the situation.
