My brain works in mysterious ways. I seem to have the power of predicting very random, minor occurrences. In my dream last night, I was taking care of a friend's baby (that doesn't actually exist, to my knowledge). My friend's wife had to go to the hospital, so I was supposed to look after their baby boy. I don't know if they even have children, but apparently they did in my dream. I had another interesting zombie dream last night. I was with a friend (let's call him #1, since there will be more), and he apparently lived in this big lofty apartment surrounded by windows. I had a particularly interesting dream last night, about gods and mortals and a sort of blend of ancient and modern life. So, apparently I had decided to write my novel as if it was written by Odin, and Annie's adventures were just some sort of side plot. My belly feels delightfully warm inside, the feeling I get after eating yummy spicy food. Ben was in town briefly, so we went to Bismillah for lunch.
