I want to go to Crete again and walk in the footsteps of the gods. Damn, but I had a good time at the w'end (I did say, but it got lost in the gloom:() Nice Lorica btw, possibly shouldn't encourage you.

We have just come back from camping as a family in Norfolk, Forest Park in Cromer in fact. It was a great holiday despite the 3 year old Ellie and 7 year old Tom sleeping in the same pod in our tunnel tent.

I am a bit afraid because we have had trouble with Mal not sleeping on holdiays in the past although he is a lot better than he used to be. We took him caravanning when he was about 2 and it was a total disaster, although it did rain pretty much the whole time which was part of the trouble.

Camping? In Norfolk? Funz!

Might you be up for visitors?

(Or suggestions of where to take small people, come to that...)

It was a very fleeting visit, back now :)

We will be returning, possibly year, although we have also got the New Forest in our heads as an idea. Still, I reckon we can do boht. Norfolk is pretty handy for us.

We all love Norfolk and wish we had jobs there so we could move. We stayed in a campsight near Holt which was quite laid back and cheap (Breck Farm). We went to Holkham beach, Sherringham Park, Sherringham, Wells and Cromer. And all that in 1 and 2 half days. Not bad I reckon. I will let you know in advance next time as it would be cool to meet up. This was a bit of a crazy last minute thing as my intended family holiday with my mum's lot became a bit small-child-unfriendly late in the day.

Oh, I know Breck Farm - we stay there ourselves.

Cool - let us know next time!
