Hey,
The same thing happened to me when I would try and sleep. It´s horrible. I started taking the Tylenol easy sleep stuff and it tricked my body into realizing sleep is good for me. I was sleeping better than ever sin medication 5 days later. Just a thought.

Are you in MN right now?

what did you end up doing to get to sleep? i do not have one permanent solution...it is like my body knows i am trying to trick it and it learns to ignore the tricks. damn.

my sleep schedule has gotten completely out of control. i know i've complained about it in my own LJ and drawn comics about it and whatever, but it's completely insane and a lot worse than i've said so far, and i am convinced i'm going to fail out of grad school all because i can't fall asleep last night like a normal person, but i'm still expected to get up in the morning like a normal person. which i mostly don't, because i mostly can't.

i went to the doctor yesterday and she was extremely sympathetic (especially when i almost started to cry, i was so frustrated just telling someone how bad it was) and she wrote a prescription for ambien and a light box. here's hoping that's a solution ( ... )
