I went trough the pictures just because of your.fabulous.apartment.
People seriously need to realize that saving on hues is bad.
And it seems all party-photographing always ends up with people's feet!

have you ever done pilates? do you think it will be too strenuous for an out-of-shape fatty mcfatterson like myself? if not, i am totally in. i'm actually buying a membership to a gym somewhere downtown too, if you're interested in joining me!

I don't know about gyms. I think I need to be learning something new and have the added pressure of being in front of other people to actually try? I think I would just stare at machines and be all "what do I do with this stupid thing? HELP!?".

Apparently pilates is death for everyone for the first few classes, but then gets better. I'm willing to go for it anyway because it's ridiculous how much weight I've gained since moving to Ottawa so I probably need to get tough on myself to see results and stay motivated. I was deciding between yoga and pilates, but I could (& should) probably do both. Yoga is definitely not that strenuous for out of shapers like us, so if you'd like to do that too / instead, I'm in!

Pilates will make us so lean & mean! It's Wednesday nights (starting this week).

your tuesdays are the same as mine..do i smell a break?
thursday...monday i start school at 7.. tuesday 5:30-7 i have a break.
wednesdays i never have class...(do i smell wednesdays breaks again?)
thrusday 11:30-2:30, 4-7 im free too.
friday anytime after noon.

all this is tentative on whether or not im working!
BUT BUT BUT
i get paid and i want to spend le mones at allrego with our gift cert!!

yayyyyyyyyy school! im stoked

Yes! Wednesday break dates live on! So many break opportunities this semester!

However, in lieu of (or more likely, in addition to) our usual foody break dates, we should have physical activitity break dates. It's obviously and unfortunatley too cold for biking / boarding to Stratcona, but we can take advantage of Ottawa U resources and get super healthy! Having said that, we still should go to that adorable tea room again sometime!

i started breakdancing last night. effing eff its HARD!

want to get together at 4 on thursday? lets work out! ill look at the class shedules at the sports complex.

I'm so hopelessly uncoordinated. I could neverever do breakdancing! Are you having fun though?

The free class schedule isn't online for some reason? It only shows up to December :( Tomorrow I'll pop in to the sports complex and see if they have a copy!

Four on Thursday is perfect!
