Two things:

1) It has been so damp in our house that I discovered mold and mushrooms growing in one of our house plants shortly before we left for Wellington. Ew ew EW. Also, it has been so cold that our supply of olive oil actually SOLIDIFIED while we were away. Our house is a refrigerator. So, today I am going to call about getting a heat pump ( Read more... )

I've gotten a handful of cards/letters in the mail lately from friends and family... people who I wouldn't typically expect to send a card or letter (because who does these days, really?).
