Tony has spent all day cursed. He's been able to concentrate and gotten by with just tapping his feet or a particularly twirl-like turn but now that it's dark and there's music coming from the square, he can't help himself.

And when he sees his employee during the 'Single Ladies' dance well...Tony can't help but get involved. At least he really can dance

Penny honestly can't tell if she's cursed or not, being afflicted with the unfortunate tendency to sing and dance--sing, mostly--at random. It doesn't bother her, however.

As such, she thinks very little of joining Alec and... is that Tony Stark? He certainly didn't sound like a dancer on the network.

Hardison's not exactly pleased either, but he's actually fairly terrible at staying angry about anything. So he can't help but smile a little, even as he loudly complains to her.

"This is like a vortex of suck." He's trying to not kick her at least. Hopefully he'll succeed.

"At least it doesn't involve sheep or death or destruction!" she replies brightly, dodging one of Hardison's moves.

Tony just chuckles at Hardison's comment and leans over to wink at Penny. He's actually enjoying himself a lot even if he's aware that it's slightly humiliating.

"Are we talking suck in a negative way or that it sucks you in? And yes anything that doesn't involve those things. Destruction can be fun sometimes."

He holds a hand out to Penny to whirl her around should she take him up on his offer.
