Hi Emily,

I'm sorry you had a bad psychotic episode. Even for those who don't have episodes, alcohol can be a wicked drug. Try to take it easy on yourself. I haven't had a major psychotic episode in quite a while, but when I did, it took me some time to recover. So if you can, pamper yourself. And good luck with your band.
