Unrelated to my previous post... i now concede that it was unwise for me to read two huge lists of fine restaurants and good eats in Los Angeles. The first list was just some of the better restaurants that the author had come across. The second list was the bulk of an article on grilling in Los Angeles. My favorite food is good food. I know, I know, cliche answer. But I really do have a problem choosing one type of food. There are qualities of foods that I prefer, if that helps. For instance, I'm a huge fan of non-bland food. I want my food to have character and spice. I want my food to taste like something different. Some people I know get hung up on textures, or consistancies or even colors. I like a variety.
