Last night was the first night in a while where I made a point to not take a sleeping pill as I tend to automatically with my others. I flux between ambien- which is rare lately, and this other one more often that is less a dedicated sleeping pill (and I can't remember the name), but really helps me get to and stay asleep. Anyway, I feel more or ( Read more... )

Though he kind of deserves it, what with the holding you down for so many months.

I've been a massive bitch lately, I deserved the shit he gave back. But the tears! I never cry in front of people and I couldn't stop them.

My job has really sucked for the last 8 months or so due to not having a real boss and having two temp bosses that were only even there 50% of the time and total jerks when they were. >:( I have a new, actual boss now so I hope it's all roses and sunshine from here on out!

Hopefully job future will suck less for both of us, basically. Also I like the acid spit tears idea.

Good to get the feelings out, naturally. :)

I dunno what you're using to sleep, but when I went through some pretty rough times, my doc put me on Elavil. I never really followed the recommended dosage because it seemed like way too much given how powerful one dose felt, but the shit put me right to sleep.

Real Sleep (which I hadn't been getting) and probably the anti-anxiety meds seemed to help clear a lot of things out. I was lucky enough that the half dose pretty much kicked it after a week (both times I had to be on it).

Dunno what my point is except I hope any of that info helps. I don't recommend Elavil long term, for sure, because it makes you stupendously constipated. I guess I recommend it if you also have the runs.

My new happy pills should really help with the pre-bed anxiety! My new doc is really much better, I have more hope. My sleeping pills, now that I'm home are- Miratzapine subed for REMERON which sounds pretty hot.

I am already stupidly constipated, but I will ask about Elavil though the Xanax he gave me this time helped a stupid amount too, but I am mostly afraid of becoming too happy with that.

Thank you for the info, honestly. It's good to know that I'm not alone in not getting real sleep.
