Thanks for all the responses to my last poll.

This week's is about Printz Winners- The ultimate award for YA literature.

First, I am curious as to whether anyone knows of any good YA books that have latina protagonists.  I mentor a girl who loves urban fiction- but it is highly sexualized, and well let's just say we're trying to work on that aspect of her life.  She likes to read Sharon Draper's works- but has read most of them, and i think gets some grief from her ( Read more... )

1. This list is in no particular order nor is it all encompassing. It is limited to land-based animals and are not always cuts of meat, but preparations. I like all kinds of foods, and have tried all kinds of foods, but there will probably be a heavy European and American bent.
