This is, no joke, one of the most heart breakingly beautiful fics I've ever read on Livejournal. Not just in Mylar comms, but I mean in everything. I have not been able to get it out of my head since I read it, the images are so vivid and sickening- but I mean that in the best way possible (I'm really not making sense here am I?)

Anyway, there are not enough words- this is brilliance.

This kills me. I'm pretty sure I've re-read it at least three times by now and I love it more every time. The way you've written it with the incoherancy and the repetition and hesitation, it's just fantastic. Plus, the last three lines own me everytime.

And for some reason this part-

The man walks him, slowly enough but with purpose, worriedly, out of the room, into a car, he remembers cars, and into an apartment. He remembers this-- he remembers apartments.
