Butterflies in the Sunrise
On wings so high above the hights, you soar
Above the frailties that so plague us
But the hate you so easily ignore
Pins down my fragile self with chains of rust
Too tarnished to hold me captive and yet,
consuming as a mountain made of dust
Each speck connecting to form a blanket
Of iron to wither my faery's soul
