Bothell, I think...and I did some more looking into it and it looks like only if you get a contract at Microsoft does the hiring bonus happen...but would be worth checking into, imo. :)

I think so...worth asking, anyhow. :) I know they place people at Microsoft, but aside from that, am not sure.
