Sarte once said that Terrorism is a terrible weapon, but the oppressed poor have no others, I can not help but look at the world today and lament that these words spoken nearly 4 decades ago still ring true. Islamic terrorism has nothing to do with being poor. It has to do with religious fanatics who are brainwashed to believe that their GOD wants them to kill the "infidels." These people cannot be reasoned with. Giving them food or money will not satiate their hatred for everything non-muslim. Leaving them alone will not result in them leaving us alone.

So, I'm not asking "why did this happen." I KNOW why this happened. Because this world has plenty of insane, dangerous, fanatical people in it. And the only way to deal with them is to speak to them in their own language. The language of death.

The Swiss are not the most powerful nation in the world. They are not the symbol of freedom, democracy, decadence and secularism that America is. Attacking Switzerland would have no impact on the world, except to show that the terrorists are beating up on the "little guy." Their attack on America was specifically designed to show that they are "better" and "stronger" than us ( ... )

actually go back to pre-hitler germany and give those people money and food, instead of the dessimation they were dealt after WWI which is what Hitler used to fuel his propaganda machine that sparked his rise to power!
