Correct me if I'm wrong here but I think in general the ATTITUDES towards homosexuality has been nurtured however the instincts and emotions one feels are NATURAL. In general society portrays guys as being the 'tough stuff' I mean any sort of emotional display from them, especially in our society, used to be unacceptable and to an extent still is. The whole guys don't/shouldn't cry is ridiculous and has begun to be accepted as such but its a slow task to change a culture. I mean I have brothers and when they're upset its all anger on the outside but when you get through (at the risk of cuts scrapes bruises and a colorful vocabulary) and talk about it they cry, they're upset but they don't want to look weak because it's not 'OK'. It's nothing new, society has held these twisted ideals for a while and I think they're just plain annoying as much as girls try to break the damsel in distress stereotype guys to the same extent fight the macho image. Just think what do we consider to be 'popular' or 'cool' the intellectual or the football

Acceptable, but not right according to the Bible. Therefore it makes me think that it is nurture.
