Needless to say, Angie was confused.
She sat in front of her desk at home with a piece of parchment on it.
Blank.
"Angie? What did you want for-" Her mother opened the door and stopped short. Looking around her mother noticed Angie's bags weren't unpacked.
(
Angie? What's going on? )

In her head she wasrunning over what to say, but couldn't really think of anything. She could tell him what happened, but Angie didn't really want to relive it.
And there was what happened.
She liked him. Cared about him. She knew he cared about her but had a feeling there might be some awkwardness about them being together again.
Tucking a bit of hair behind her head Angie did her best to stay collected as the door opened.

"You're here for Miles, I suppose?" she asked, stepping aside to let her in. "He's in the living room infront of the fireplace - don't reckon he expected you to arrive at the door."
The woman direct Angelina to the living room, calling Miles' attention. The boy whiped his head around and stood when he saw that she had come. "Thanks, mum," he said, obviously asking in a way that she leave them alone.

"Sorry, probably should have flooed but I dunno," Her eyes were looking around, not looking at Miles really.
"Always felt like I was intruding." Finally, after a moment she looked to Miles. Part of her wanted to just o and wrap her arms around him, but sense told her she still didn't know what kind of a reaction to expect.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to just kinda drop in like this."
